How we handle your data.

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, work email, company, phone, topic, and message you provide. When you book a consult, we additionally collect the date, time, and contact details required to schedule the meeting.

We collect a Google reCAPTCHA token to verify that submissions are not automated. We also collect basic server-side request metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or behavioural analytics on this site.

We use it to reply to your inquiry, schedule meetings you have requested, and operate the site. Form submissions are routed to a working engineer on our team — not a third-party sales pool.

We retain submissions for as long as the conversation they belong to is active, plus the period required by our records-retention obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate the site on our behalf: Resend for transactional email delivery, Supabase for booking and form record storage, Zoom for meeting links, and Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

We may disclose information when legally required (subpoena, court order, lawful regulatory request) and will give you notice unless the law forbids it.

Xentek operates from Halifax (Canada), Toronto (Canada) and Delhi (India). Service providers we rely on are based primarily in Canada and the United States. By submitting information to us, you understand that your information may be processed in any of those jurisdictions.

You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@xentek.ca with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within thirty days.

If you are subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, or PIPEDA, the rights described under those frameworks apply to you in addition to anything stated above.

This site does not set cookies for advertising or analytics. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies to operate its risk-scoring; refer to Google's cookie policy for details. We may set strictly-necessary cookies required for the booking flow to function.

We will post any updates here and revise the "last updated" date. For active client engagements, the privacy and confidentiality terms in your signed agreement (SOW) take precedence over anything on this page.
